Diet muffins prepared according to this recipe will be a real lifesaver for those who watch their weight.
They differ from the usual ones only in the products they contain - instead of flour, you should take oatmeal, and instead of regular cottage cheese - low-fat. To prepare 6 muffins, you will need:
- 1 pack of low-fat cottage cheese (200 g);
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal;
- 1 egg;
- 120 g sweetener (to taste);
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Immediately turn on the oven to 180 degrees to preheat it, and then start kneading the dough.
Oatmeal should be soaked in water, and while it is swelling, mix the cottage cheese with the egg.
Add baking powder, oats and sweetener, then mix again.
All that's left to do is fill the muffin tins with the dough and bake them - they need about 15-20 minutes to be ready.
