Recipe for potato tongues
You need to take several potatoes. They need to be washed and peeled.
Peeled vegetables should be cut into circles. The slices should be wide but not too thick. The ideal thickness is 5 millimeters.
The resulting pieces should be placed on paper napkins to remove excess moisture.
Next, you need to prepare a baking sheet: put parchment on it, lightly "salt" the paper. It is advisable to use sea salt.
After this, distribute the potato slices evenly over the metal sheet. The slices should not touch each other.
The potatoes should be sprinkled with a small amount of salt and your favorite spices.
The baking tray must be placed in an oven preheated to 160-200 degrees.
Once the tongues become golden brown, the metal sheet must be removed in order to turn over each potato piece.
Then the dish needs to be returned to the oven. Baking should be finished when the browning and bubbles appear on the other side of the "tongues" as well.
Typically, cooking a dish takes 15-20 minutes.
