Are you tired of regular buckwheat porridge? Then try to cook it differently!
When creating a dish, you need to use additional ingredients.
But not the sauce and not the meat. Buckwheat will be much tastier thanks to tuna, pickles and onions.
An expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova told about an unusual way of preparing buckwheat porridge.
Buckwheat with Tuna and Pickles Recipe
First, you need to rinse 300 grams of buckwheat (this is about one and a half glasses).
Next, you need to take a saucepan, pour some sunflower oil into it and place it on the burner.
After a minute, pour the prepared buckwheat into the bowl.
After 5 minutes, pour 2 cups of boiling water into the container. The contents of the pan should be salted.
Immediately after this, the fire should be reduced to minimum. The buckwheat should be cooked for 10 minutes.
During this time, the cook will be able to do the following: cut two pickles into cubes, cut an onion into half rings, and open a can of tuna in oil.
And the person will probably have time to fry chopped onions in a frying pan.
When the vegetable turns golden brown, you can pour partially cooked buckwheat into the dish.
Add cucumbers and fish to the same frying pan.
The contents of the dish should be mixed well. The heat treatment of the dish under the lid should be carried out for 7 minutes.
The result will be incredibly tasty buckwheat porridge.
