The Chinese cabbage salad is light in every way. It is easy to prepare and easy to eat.
Usually this vegetable is mixed with canned corn, but there is a more interesting option.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to prepare a salad from Peking cabbage and beets.
You will need:
- beetroot - 1 pc.;
- Peking cabbage - 150 g;
- onions (green) and parsley to taste;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp;
- honey - ½ tsp;
- French mustard - 1 tsp;
- salt to taste.
How to cook
1. Boil the beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
2. Wash Chinese cabbage, chop finely, and mix with beets.
3. Next, chop the greens, mix with the remaining ingredients and prepare the dressing.
4. For dressing, mix vegetable oil with lemon juice, mustard, honey and salt.
Dress the salad, mix, cool if necessary and serve. Enjoy!
