How to Make the Most Delicious Meat Pie: It Couldn't Be Easier

The pie that we will talk about next is so easy to prepare that it is even funny, but it turns out so delicious that after half an hour there is not a crumb left.

Your whole family will definitely like it – you, your husband, your kids… and the rest of your relatives won’t be able to resist either, says Yulia Arkhipova, an expert at the online publication BelNovosti.

Keep a complete list of ingredients.

For the test:

• kefir – 1 glass;
• flour – 1 cup;
• eggs – 2 pcs.;
• salt – 1/2 tsp;
• soda – 1/2 tsp.

For the filling:

• minced meat – 300 g;
• onion – 1 pc.;
• sesame seeds (optional);
• salt, pepper, spices (to taste).

Add soda to kefir, stir and leave for 3-5 minutes to start the reaction.

Then add the remaining ingredients from the list. Mix everything until smooth.

Grease a baking pan with butter or margarine and lightly dust with flour. You can also line the pan with parchment paper.

Pour a little more than half of the prepared dough into the mold.

Place the minced meat fried with onions (or other filling of your choice) on the dough. Smooth it out and then pour the remaining dough over it.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top if desired.

All that remains is to put the pie in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees and wait 35-40 minutes.
