You will need:
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- butter - 40 g;
- sour cream - 40 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- sugar (vanilla) - 1 tsp;
- coffee (instant) - 1 tsp;
- water - 80 ml;
- condensed milk - 40 g;
- savoyardi cookies - 5-6 pcs.
How to cook
1. Mix the melted butter with the cottage cheese, regular and vanilla sugar, add the condensed milk and mix everything with a blender.
2. Dissolve coffee in warm water.
3. Prepare a form for the curd Easter cake, line it with gauze and lay out the first layer of curd mass.
4. Dip the cookies in coffee and place them on the cottage cheese. Repeat the layers so that the last layer is the cottage cheese layer.
Cover with gauze and put in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
