How to make a dish from champignons that is tastier and more aromatic than wild mushrooms: a simple recipe

Even those who prefer mushrooms picked in the forest cannot resist the sight of this dish.

How to cook delicious champignons, was told by the expert of the online publication "BelNovosti", chef Yulia Arkhipova .

The first thing you should do is, of course, prepare the necessary ingredients:
• Medium-sized champignons – 250 g
• Medium-sized onion – 1 pc.
• Cheese (mozzarella or hard) – 100 g
• Bacon (smoked or raw) – 250 g
• Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
• Salt, pepper, spices – to taste

Remove the stems from the washed and cleaned champignons. They (the stems) should be finely chopped and then fried together with finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Don't forget to salt and pepper the contents of the pan, then add the grated cheese and stir.

Fill the mushroom caps with the resulting filling and wrap each one in a layer of bacon.

If you use raw bacon, you also need to salt it and add spices beforehand.

Once everything is ready, put the mushrooms on skewers and fry them over the coals, turning them occasionally.

Mushrooms can also be baked in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Cooking time is 15-20 minutes.
