You will need:
- milk - 3 tbsp;
- flour - 1.5 tbsp;
- eggs - 7 pcs.;
- cream cheese - 250 g;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- puff pastry - 450 g;
- spinach - 600 g;
- butter - 40 g;
- salt, spices and garlic to taste.
How to cook
1. Spinach should be scalded with boiling water, dried, chopped and fried in butter.
2. Then add salt, spices and garlic.
3. Transfer to a bowl, grate the hard cheese, add the cream cheese, beat the whites of two eggs separately and add the mixture. Then pour in the milk and sift in the flour, mix.
4. Place the puff pastry in a baking dish, add the filling and pour beaten eggs (5 pcs.) over it.
5. Cover with a second sheet of dough and bake the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
