Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make a delicious pie with sour milk and filling.
You will need:
- milk - 0.5 l;
- flour - 200 g;
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 150 g;
- soda - 5 g;
- a pinch of salt.
How to cook
1. You need to knead the dough with warm sour milk. First, you need to add soda to it and mix it.
2. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar (50 g), and then add the mixture to the sour milk.
3. Sift the flour and mix. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
4. To prepare the filling, rub the cottage cheese through a metal sieve, mix with sugar (100 g), add vanillin to taste.
5. Grease the baking dish with oil, pour in some of the dough, lay out the curd mass, pour in the rest of the dough and bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
