List of ingredients
- a can of any canned beans;
- a fresh medium-sized cucumber;
- three eggs (boiled);
- two hundred grams of sausage (it’s better to take smoked);
- salt and mayonnaise.
Method of preparation
The most difficult part is boiling the eggs - cook them in advance and cool them. The beans are thrown into a colander to get rid of excess liquid. If desired, you can also take boiled beans - the taste will remain the same.
Transfer the beans to a salad bowl. It is better to cut the cucumber into neat strips and add it to the salad. Add the boiled egg cubes.
