If you love chicken liver, we offer you one of the simplest, fastest and most delicious ways to cook it.
An expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , shared it with us, who assures that for a tasty dish, in addition to liver, only a couple of ingredients are enough: butter and onions.
Therefore, the list of necessary products looks very short and includes:
- 500 g chicken liver;
- 1 large onion;
- 50 g butter;
- salt, pepper and spices – to taste.
To prepare this dish, you will need to chop the onion in any way: if you like the taste of this vegetable, then chop it larger, and if not, then into small cubes.
Then add a knob of butter to the onions for a more delicate flavour and fry them until soft.
After this, add the chopped chicken liver to the onion, stir and cover with a lid.
Fry for 5 minutes, then stir again and continue frying for the same amount of time.
This will be enough for the chicken liver to be cooked.
At the end, add salt, pepper, stir and remove from heat.
