You will need:
- liver (chicken) - 1 kg;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- baking powder - 5 g;
- herbs, salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Wash the liver, remove the film and veins.
2. Peel the carrots, wash them and put them through a meat grinder together with the liver.
3. When ready, add eggs, flour and baking powder, salt, pepper, and herbs to the mixture.
4. Stir, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the liver pancakes on both sides, laying them out with a tablespoon. Enjoy!
