How to cook mushroom cutlets: a tasty and aromatic dish made from champignons - a simple recipe

Even without meat, you can make excellent cutlets for lunch: soft, aromatic and fluffy. Such a treat will be a good addition to any side dish.

The recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti.

Ingredients

To prepare 4 servings you need:

  • fresh champignons - 250 g;
  • onion;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • breadcrumbs - 130 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper and Italian herbs - to taste;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking process

First you need to boil the mushrooms.

The process should not take more than 15 minutes.

Then they, together with half an onion, should be cut into pieces and chopped using a blender or meat grinder.

To the resulting mass you need to add spices, an egg and about 30 g of breadcrumbs.

The preparation must be thoroughly mixed. After that, you can form cutlets and roll them in the remaining part of the breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets in a frying pan preheated with oil.
