An excellent dessert can be prepared even without sugar.
At the same time, it will not harm your figure in any way if you follow a simple recipe and include the treat itself in your daily diet.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert of the online publication BelNovosti, shared a simple method for preparing an excellent treat.
Ingredients
- oat flour - 110 g;
- butter - 60 g;
- sweetener - to taste;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- lemon juice - 160 ml;
- lemon zest - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking process
To begin, approximately 90 g of flour should be ground with butter and sugar substitute into crumbs.
The resulting dough should be placed on the bottom of a baking pan, which should first be covered with parchment. The base should be pierced with a fork and baked for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
The oven should be preheated.
The eggs must be beaten with the juice, zest and the remaining flour and sugar substitute.
The mixture must be poured onto the hot base and baked for about another half hour.
Then the dessert should be cooled and put in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Before serving, the dish should be cut into pieces and decorated with lemon slices.
