If you want to treat yourself to a delicious dessert, but at the same time not break your diet, then you should pay attention to the method of preparing a low-calorie cheesecake, which everyone can prepare on their own even without special culinary skills.

The recipe was shared by Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti.

The main advantage of such a treat is that you need to prepare a minimum of ingredients for it.

For 500 g of cottage cheese you should take:

  • oatmeal - 100 g;
  • eggs - 5-6 pcs.;
  • sweetener - to taste.

Cooking process

First, the flakes should be crushed into fine crumbs, mixed with two eggs. Once the mass is uniform, it should be placed in a baking dish and pressed well to the bottom.

Next, you need to mix the cottage cheese with 4 eggs and a sugar substitute. It is advisable to beat everything with a blender until smooth. The sugar substitute can be dissolved in 2-3 tablespoons of water beforehand.

The resulting filling should be poured onto the crust and baked for about half an hour at 180 degrees. It is important to remember that the oven should be preheated.

Once the dessert is ready, it needs to be cooled first at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator for two hours.

Before serving, the treat can be decorated with berries and fruits.
