You will need:
- chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- cheese - 150 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- salt, pepper to taste,
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Remove the skin from the chicken fillet, rinse, and cut the meat into small cubes.
2. Hard cheese should be grated on a coarse grater.
3. In a bowl, mix the cheese, meat and beat in the raw egg, then add salt, pepper and spices.
4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and spoon in the cutlets like pancakes, frying for 5-7 minutes on each side.
They will be very juicy, with a crispy crust and stretchy cheese. Enjoy your meal!
