But sometimes the process of making homemade dumplings requires a lot of effort and time.
In such cases, lazier recipes that require a minimum of ingredients and effort come to the rescue.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert from the online publication BelNovosti, told us how to make lazy vareniki yourself.
Products
- cottage cheese - 400 g;
- flour - 250 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- salt - 1 pinch.
Cooking process
First of all, you should mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
You can also pass it through a sieve or beat it with a blender to make the mixture more homogeneous.
Then you need to add the egg, salt and sugar to the mixture.
Afterwards, you need to add some flour and knead the dough well.
The resulting mass must then be divided into three parts.
Each of them must be rolled into a sausage and cut into medium pieces.
Then the resulting dumplings should be rolled in the remaining flour and thrown into boiling water for a few minutes.
The treat can be served with a variety of additives: sour cream, berries, jam, etc.
