The recipe for these pancakes, which are an excellent option for breakfast or a snack, was shared with us by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
If you want pancakes that literally melt in your mouth, stock up on the following ingredients:
- flour – about 300 g;
- kefir 2.5% – 300 ml;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- salt - a pinch;
- sugar – 1-2 tbsp;
- soda – 1/2 tsp;
- starch – 1 tsp.
Heat the kefir to a temperature of about 50-60 degrees, then add salt, egg, soda, starch and sugar.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
It is important to use warm kefir to get a uniform consistency and fluffy, airy pancakes.
Gradually add flour, sifting it through a sieve and carefully mixing the mixture to avoid lumps. It is best to do this with a whisk.
Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes, after which you can start frying the pancakes.
