Place one round lavash on a frying pan (pre-greased with a small amount of vegetable oil and heated).
You need to break four or five eggs into a flatbread. The main ingredient should be salted, peppered, sprinkled with a small amount of dill and 100 grams of grated cheese.
The omelet should be covered with another round lavash. The flatbread lying on top should be pressed lightly with a cooking spatula.
After five minutes, the lavash with the filling should be turned over. The resulting "construction" can be sprinkled with the remaining grated cheese.
The pan should be covered with a lid. After 180 seconds, the cooking of the dish will come to an end.
