Ingredients
For 500 g of minced meat you should take:
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- loaf - 4 slices;
- milk or water - 150 ml;
- salt and pepper.
How to cook cutlets
First, you should cut off the crusts from the loaf slices. After that, leave the product in milk or water for 10 minutes, and then squeeze it out slightly.
The onion needs to be fried in vegetable oil until golden brown, and then kept in a frying pan for another minute with the garlic, which must first be passed through a press.
The egg should be beaten with salt and pepper, and then added to the minced meat with all the other ingredients.
The mixture must be thoroughly mixed, beaten a little and placed in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Once the cutlets are formed, they need to be rolled in flour or breadcrumbs, and then placed in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
