Ingredients
To prepare a pie for 5-6 servings, you should take:
- Flour, 200 g,
- Cottage cheese, 200 g,
- Butter, 70 g,
- Cream, 60 ml,
- Sugar, 50 g,
- Baking powder, 1 tsp.,
- Egg, 1 pc.
How to make a cottage cheese pie
The cooled butter should be cut into pieces, rubbed with flour and baking powder. Then add about 20 cm of cream, an egg and sugar to the mixture. A pinch of salt will not be superfluous.
The dough needs to be mixed, then gathered into a ball and wrapped in cling film, then put in the freezer for an hour.
To prepare the filling, mix the cottage cheese with cream. For a sweeter taste, add sugar. The amount should be added based on your own taste preferences.
Half of the dough should be laid out on the prepared baking sheet, and the filling should be spread on top. The remaining part of the workpiece should be grated on top.
The dish needs to be baked for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
