The dish turns out fluffy, aromatic and very tasty. At the same time, the cooking process is extremely simple.

Ingredients
- Potatoes, 300 g,
- Flour, 120 g,
- Eggs, 3 pcs.,
- Garlic, 2 cloves,
- Greens, 1 bunch,
- Salt and pepper,
- Vegetable and butter.
Cooking process
First, peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater, then squeeze them lightly to remove excess juice. Then add chopped greens and garlic.
The last product should first be passed through a press.
Afterwards, you need to mix the eggs beaten with spices and sifted flour into the mixture.
As soon as the dough becomes homogeneous, you can start frying.
This treat should be cooked in a preheated frying pan with oil. The finished pancakes can be greased with butter and sprinkled with herbs.
