Delicate and at the same time slightly loose omelette will be a great dish for a morning meal. It is tasty, light, filling and very aromatic.

Ingredients
To prepare one serving you need to take:
- Eggs, 2 pcs.,
- Cheese, 30 g,
- Salt, 1 pinch,
- Butter, 1 tbsp.
Cooking process
First, you need to separate the whites from the yolks. The former should be beaten with salt.
It is advisable to use a mixer to achieve a fluffy foam.
Separately, you need to beat the yolks with a whisk, and then both mixtures need to be combined.
Then you can pour the omelette into a frying pan, which needs to be heated with oil.
It is better to cover the frying pan with a lid immediately. As soon as it sets and bakes, you can put pieces of cheese on one part of the omelette, which should be covered with the second part.
The dish should remain covered for a couple more minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Then the omelette can be served.
If you want your breakfast to be more filling and appetizing, then in addition to cheese, you should add ham, tomatoes and fresh herbs.
