Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova - cook, fourth-category baker told how to prepare a salad of Peking cabbage with chicken and a special sauce.
You will need:
- chicken breast 300 g;
- Chinese cabbage 400 g;
- canned corn 200 g;
- sesame seeds 2 tsp;
- mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
How to cook
1. Put the chicken breast to boil according to your usual recipe.
2. At this time, fry the sesame seeds in a clean and dry frying pan without vegetable oil. They should turn out golden.
3. When ready, mix them with mayonnaise and let sit so that the mayonnaise is saturated with the taste and smell of sesame seeds, and the seeds become softer.
If desired, you can add spices or herbs to the sauce.
4. We sort the Chinese cabbage, wash it, chop it and put it in a salad bowl.
5. Drain the marinade from the canned corn, cut the boiled chicken, mix with cabbage and season everything with sauce.
