- Cottage cheese, 200 g,
- Yolk, 1 pc.,
- Hard cheese, 80 g,
- Green,
- Flour, 2-3 tbsp.,
- Salt and ground black pepper, 1 pinch.
How to cook syrniki
First, you need to deal with the cottage cheese.
It is advisable to rub it through a sieve.
If the mass is initially too wet, then you need to squeeze it out slightly.
Afterwards, the main product must be mixed with salt, pepper and yolk. Gradually, flour must be added. As soon as the preparation is well mixed, then you can mix in chopped greens and grated cheese.
The resulting dough must be divided into parts, rolled into balls and flattened slightly on both sides.
The dish should be fried in a preheated frying pan with oil. It is better to cook syrniki on medium heat.
