You will need:
- cauliflower 200 g;
- minced meat 200 g;
- rice 2 tbsp;
- onion 1 pc;
- garlic 1 clove;
- tomato paste 2 tbsp. l;
- butter 30 g;
- flour 1 tbsp;
- salt, pepper, sugar to taste.
How to cook
1. Rice should be boiled for 20 minutes after boiling in 100 ml of salted water. Then cool.
2. The cauliflower is separated into florets and boiled in a liter of water for 10 minutes after it starts boiling. Then the vegetable is chopped, minced meat, rice, salt, and pepper are added.
3. Mix flour and 30 ml of water, pour it into the pan with melted butter, add tomato paste, 50 ml of water, salt and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring.
4. Form the cabbage rolls and place them in a frying pan with the sauce. Simmer under a lid on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
