How to cook delicious potatoes with lard in the oven?
List of required ingredients
- a kilogram of potatoes;
- 150-200 grams of lard (high quality);
- salt and spices to your liking;
- a little fresh rosemary for flavor.
Method of preparation
First, you should prepare the potatoes: peel them, wash them and dry them. Then, make a kind of "accordion" out of the tubers: take a whole potato and make cuts all over the surface. However, remember that about 5-7 ml should remain in reserve.
Next, we cut the lard into slices.
We send it into the potato "accordion".
Take a baking dish, cover it with parchment, and apply a small amount of oil. Put the potatoes in. Sprinkle with salt and selected spices on top, and put in fresh rosemary.
