List of required ingredients
- a glass of buckwheat and twice as much water;
- about 250 grams of mushrooms (it is better to take regular champignons);
- one onion and one carrot (choose medium-sized vegetables);
- a couple of spoons of oil;
- salt and spices of your choice.
Cooking process
First, you need to sort out the grains to remove any debris and elements that are clearly unnecessary to us. After that, we start washing the grains.
Then we put the buckwheat in a saucepan, fill it with the specified amount of water and cook until fully cooked.

To do this, heat the oil in a frying pan and begin frying the chopped onion. After a few minutes, add the carrots.
Wait another 3-4 minutes and add the mushrooms.
Fry until fully cooked, add salt and spices as desired.
