Ingredients
For 4-5 servings you need to prepare:
- fermented baked milk - 500 ml;
- milk - 200 ml;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- flour - 220 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- sugar - 20 g;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- soda - 1 tsp.
How to cook pancakes with fermented baked milk and milk
It is better to take all products out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature.
Then they should be mixed in a deep bowl. Lastly, milk and vegetable oil should be mixed in.
But don't rush to bake pancakes.
It is necessary to let the mass sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Afterwards, you can bake the treat in a preheated frying pan with oil. It is better to fry them on high heat.
Before serving, thin pancakes can be decorated with additional favorite ingredients: berries, fruits, sour cream or condensed milk.
