Ingredients
- chicken legs - 5 pcs.;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 5 cloves;
- rosemary - 2 sprigs;
- dry white wine - 180 ml;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp;
- salt and pepper.
Cooking process
First, you need to take care of the fruit.
The lemon zest needs to be grated and the juice squeezed out.
It is advisable to press the garlic.
Rosemary should be chopped. All these components should be mixed with oil, wine, and also salt and pepper.
As for the last two ingredients, they should be added depending on your own taste preferences.
Pour the resulting marinade over the chicken and place it in the refrigerator for an hour.
After this, the main product should be sent to the oven preheated to 220 degrees. The dish should be baked for about 40-45 minutes.
