The first method is to freeze it lightly.
Before you start cooking, you need to put the fresh liver in the freezer for 20-30 minutes so that the film freezes.
This will make it rigid and you can easily remove it in one motion.
The second method involves using hot water.
Place the liver in a suitable container and pour hot water over it. After 2-3 minutes, you will notice that the film has become soft and you will be able to remove it easily.
But to make the liver dish even tastier, it is recommended to soak it first.
For this, you can use dairy products such as fresh or sour milk, kefir or ryazhenka. If you do not have dairy products, you can soak the liver in plain water, adding salt and a pinch of sugar.
After soaking, the liver acquires a more delicate taste, and dishes made from it turn out especially delicious.
