What products to take
To prepare 3-4 servings you need to prepare:
- flour - 150 g;
- milk - 240 ml;
- vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp;
- water - 1 tbsp;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- butter - 30 g.
How to make pancakes
First, you need to mix milk with vegetable oil (1 spoon) and water.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
After this, both masses can be combined.
The resulting dough should be left to sit for about 5-7 minutes, and then you can add melted butter.
Pancakes should be baked in a preheated frying pan with oil. They should be fried on each side for 3-4 minutes.
