Ingredients
- flour - 2.5 cups;
- kefir - 350 ml;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- honey - 1 tbsp;
- sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- soda - 1 pinch;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
How to make honey gingerbread
First, you need to separate the whites from the yolks.
In a separate container, beat two yolks and one egg white, and then add sugar, a pinch of salt, and honey to the mixture.
You need to pour kefir at room temperature and three tablespoons of vegetable oil into the resulting mixture.
At the end, you need to mix in the sifted flour and soda.
The resulting dough should be rolled out. Using a glass or a mold, shape the gingerbread.
After this, the preparations can be placed on a baking sheet, which is best covered with parchment paper beforehand.
The treat needs to be baked for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. As soon as the gingerbread is ready, it needs to be poured with a mixture of egg whites beaten with sugar (3 tbsp). Then the dessert needs to be put in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
