To prepare 10 servings you need:
- apples - 3 pcs.;
- butter - 120 g;
- sugar - 120 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- milk - 150 ml;
- flour - 250 g;
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
The process of making apple muffins
First, the fruit should be peeled and grated.
The butter needs to be melted and mixed with sugar. As soon as the mixture cools down a bit, you need to add the eggs beaten with milk.
Then you need to add sifted flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
All ingredients should be mixed quickly, and then apples should be added to them.
The muffin pan should be greased with a small amount of oil, and then you can put the dough in it.
You only need to fill the molds halfway, as the dough will rise during baking.
The treat needs to be cooked for about half an hour at 180 degrees.
The oven must be preheated.
