- 500-600 grams of fillet;
- a few spoons of natural soy sauce;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- two spoons of butter;

Cooking scheme
First of all, you need to prepare the fillet - wash it, dry it and divide it into small strips. Chop the garlic into cubes with a knife. A press will not work.
Next, take a bowl, put the chicken in it with garlic, spices and salt. Wait for a quarter of an hour.
Then pour oil into a well-heated frying pan. After a few minutes, add the chicken. After the crust has set, pour in the sauce.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 20 minutes.
