How to prepare batter correctly?

List of necessary products

- 150 grams of regular flour;
- a glass of beer (any);
- a small spoon of soda (can be replaced with a standard packet of baking powder);
- 2 large spoons of cornstarch;
- four spoons of carbonated mineral water;
- add salt and spices if necessary.

Scheme of batter preparation

First, you will need to combine flour with soda (or baking powder), starch and salt in a container. Then carefully add carbonated mineral water.
