How to cook
1. Prepare the fish or fillet for cooking. Defrost, cut, and slice into portions.
2. Salt each piece, let the fish soak in the salt for 20 minutes.
3. At this time, prepare the batter by mixing mineral water, egg, mayonnaise, add soda, salt and sugar to taste.
