You will need:
- cottage cheese (5% fat) - 250 g;
- gelatin - 20 g;
- milk - 100 ml;
- vanillin - 1 packet;
- sugar or other ingredient to taste;
- coconut flakes, berries.
How to cook
1. The milk needs to be warmed up, but not boiled. It is easier to do this in the microwave.
2. Then dissolve the gelatin in it and let it sit.
3. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or chop it using a blender.
4. Pour milk and gelatin into the resulting mixture, add vanillin, sugar or honey, and beat everything with a blender.
5. Pour the finished mixture into molds, add berries or steamed dried fruits to taste, sprinkle with coconut flakes and put in the refrigerator.
