Egg muffins are a simple dish that can add great variety to your diet.
At the same time, you don’t need to spend a lot of time and effort on cooking.

Ingredients
- eggs - 7 pcs.;
- salt and pepper;
- bacon - 6 strips;
- hard cheese - 30 g;
- pepper - 1 pc.;
- champignons - 4 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil.
Cooking process
First, beat the eggs with a fork. You can add a little salt and pepper.
Vegetables should be cut into small cubes. Mushrooms and bacon should be chopped, but also fried.
The cheese must be grated on a coarse grater.
Then put the bacon and vegetables in a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture over everything. You can top it with cheese.
The dish needs to be cooked for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Before serving, garnish the muffins with chopped herbs.
