How to make vegetable cutlets for children: you can serve it even without a side dish - everyone will be happy

Children eat vegetables without fuss only in infancy, but then they begin to really “figure out” food.

Because of this, it becomes quite difficult to feed them healthy fish, cereals or vegetables. But you can cheat.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook vegetable cutlets with rice.

You will need:

  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • cabbage to taste;
  • rice - 0.5 cups;
  • flour - 5 tbsp;
  • breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

How to cook

1. Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into pieces and boil them together with a small amount of cabbage in salted water.

2. Then drain the water, cool the vegetables and chop them using a blender or meat grinder.

3. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, mix the vegetables into a puree and add flour, half-boiled rice and a raw egg.

4. Mix the ingredients, form cutlets, bread and fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Enjoy!
