You will need:
- mackerel - 600 g;
- salt - 30 g;
- sugar - 10 g;
- allspice - 5 peas;
- black pepper - 8 peas;
- bay leaf - 1 pc.;
- coriander - 2 g;
- carnation - 4 inflorescences;
- greens - 10 g;
- water - 500 ml.
How to cook
1. The fish needs to be gutted, the head and fins removed and cut into two to three centimeter pieces.
2. Dissolve all the ingredients according to the recipe in hot water, boil for two minutes and let the marinade cool to room temperature.
3. Place the fish in a jar, pour in the brine and add herbs to taste.
Place in the refrigerator for eight hours, after which the fish can be served.
