Tomato sauce for meatballs is the perfect complement to this dish. It is simple, tasty, thick and aromatic.

To prepare this sauce you will need the following ingredients:
- clean water or broth – 500 ml;
- tomato paste without starch – 2 tablespoons;
- flour – 2 tablespoons;
- dry ground coriander – 1 teaspoon;
- black peppercorns – 5 pieces;
- salt – half a teaspoon;
- bay leaf – 1 piece;
- sugar - half a teaspoon.
You should start cooking by mixing tomato paste with water (or broth). This should be done in a saucepan.
While continuing to stir, add flour and all other ingredients.
All ingredients should be mixed well and the sauce should be poured into the pan with the meatballs.
Simmer your future culinary masterpiece in the sauce over low heat until done, about 5 minutes.
