Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, spoke about preparing a quick and healthy casserole.
You will need:
- broccoli - 500 g;
- milk - 250 ml;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- garlic - 1 clove,
- feta cheese - 150 g;
- flour - 2 tbsp;
- salt and herbs to taste.
How to cook
1. Immediately turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Divide the cabbage into small florets, wash, and place in a baking dish.
3. In a deep bowl, mix milk, eggs, flour, grate cheese and press garlic.
4. Add herbs and salt to taste, mix everything and pour the mixture over the cabbage in the form.
Place in the oven for 40 minutes – everything is ready.
