Ingredients
For one kilogram of fillet you should prepare:
- honey - 6 tbsp;
- shallots - 4 pcs.;
- lemon - 1 pc.;
- soybean paste - 6 tbsp;
- butter - 1 tbsp.
How to cook chicken
The pieces need to be placed in a container or bag.
In this case, the paste and honey should be evenly distributed over the fillet.
The fillet should be left in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Then you can move on to the next stage of preparation.
To do this, place onion rings on a baking sheet. You can place chicken fillet on top. Then you need to evenly distribute the butter.
Bake the chicken at 200 degrees until it is fully cooked. But don't rush to serve it.
