You will need:
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- milk - 2.5 cups;
- salt, sugar to taste;
- flour - 250 g;
- butter - 2 tbsp.
How to cook pancakes
1. Separate the whites from the yolks and dilute the yolks in ½ cup of milk, add salt and sugar to taste.
2. Stir and gradually add flour, continuing to stir the mixture.
3. When the lumps have dissolved, add the heated butter and mix until smooth.
4. Add two glasses of milk to the prepared mixture, beat the egg whites, mix all the ingredients and bake the pancakes.
What to fill pancakes with
For the filling you can use: cottage cheese with eggs, fruit or fruit jam, boiled rice and eggs with green onions, boiled meat minced with fried onions, liver with vegetables and other fillings.
