You can prepare fluffy pies not only after a long fuss with the dough, dough and other culinary "delights".
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to fry pies in a hurry.
You will need:
- sour cream - 200 g;
- flour - 150 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
- baking powder - 6 g;
- sugar and salt to taste;
- potatoes - 7 pcs.;
- butter - 50 g;
- fresh herbs to taste.
How to cook
1. Boil the potatoes or use ready-made mashed potatoes, add chopped herbs, butter and salt.
2. Beat the eggs separately, add salt, a couple of pinches of sugar, baking powder, and vegetable oil.
3. When ready, sift flour into the mixture.
4. Mix and add mashed potatoes to the resulting dough.
5. Wait 10 minutes, heat the frying pan and fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides, laying them out with a spoon like pancakes.
