Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make cottage cheese flatbreads with herbs.
You will need:
- flour - 2 cups;
- cottage cheese - 200 g;
- water - 200 ml;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- a pinch of salt and soda;
- green.
How to cook
1. Sift the flour and add one egg, vegetable oil, salt, water and soda.
2. Mix the ingredients and leave the dough for 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Boil a couple of eggs hard, and after they cool, peel and cut into cubes.
4. Finely chop the greens, mix with cottage cheese, add chopped eggs and salt to taste, stir.
5. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll out and place the filling inside.
6. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the flatbreads for three minutes on each side. Enjoy!
