Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook a Japanese-style omelette.
You will need:
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk or fork until smooth.
2. Then add soy sauce, sugar, salt to this mixture and stir.
3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
4. Pour the prepared mixture into the frying pan to make a flat pancake.
5. Roll it into a roll, move it to the edge of the pan and pour in a new portion.
This action should be repeated 4-5 times or until the egg mixture is finished.
Before serving, the Japanese omelette is cut into slices.
