To prepare delicious, juicy and aromatic chebureki, in fact, you need very little.
First, stock up on the necessary ingredients, and then follow the instructions shared by the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova .
To create a test we will need:
• 2 cups flour;
• half a teaspoon of salt;
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• a tablespoon of vinegar;
• 200 milliliters of water.
For the filling you need to prepare the following ingredients:
• 300 grams of minced meat;
• three onions;
• teaspoon of salt;
• ground pepper to taste;
• 30 milliliters of water.
Add salt to the sifted flour and mix the dry ingredients, then add vegetable oil, and then vinegar with boiling water.
Use a spatula to mix the dough until smooth, then knead it with your hands until it becomes elastic and springy.
This step is over – cover the dough with cling film and set aside, then start preparing the filling.
To do this, you will need to grate 1 onion on a medium grater and finely chop the other two with a knife.
Mix the onion with the minced meat, add salt and pepper and pour in the water, then mix all the ingredients with your hands.
Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out to medium thickness to prepare the sochni for chebureki. We will form them in an unusual way, putting the filling along the edge and leaving the center free.
Then put the second sochen on top and pinch the cheburek. Press a little in the center and start frying, which should be done over medium heat in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
