Of course, you should start by preparing the necessary ingredients. You will need:
- 170 g flour;
- 30 g cocoa;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- ½ teaspoon of soda;
- ¼ teaspoon salt;
- 1 egg;
- 150 g sugar;
- 200 ml kefir;
- 80 ml vegetable oil;
- 50 g chocolate.
First, mix the sifted flour with cocoa, then add baking powder, baking soda and salt to the resulting mixture and thoroughly mix the future dough.
Beat the egg with sugar, kefir and butter using a whisk until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly. You should get a dough of uniform consistency.
Add small pieces of chocolate bar to the resulting dough and carefully mix all the ingredients again.
Spread the batter evenly into the muffin tins, filling each tin about halfway. Bake the muffins at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
